Faith & Patience offers an exciting summer program were our children will have the
opportunity to be adventurous and just have a blessed summer. Each week the children
will enjoy daily activities such as:

Annual Registration:

Single child............................ $45.00
Family:...................................$60.00

Age Group: 5yrs - 10 yrs.......$115.00
*Field Trip T-Shirts................$9.00*
Summer Activities...................$12.00 (one time fee)

* Children will be required to purchase T-shirts if they are to participate on trips and tours.*

*Enrollment will require registration plus first week tuition.
